UKZN REFURBISHMENT TO THE O.R. TAMBO BUILDING

REFURBISHMENT TO THE UKZN O.R. TAMBO BUILDING (COMPLETED: 2019)

PROJECT INFO:
This project is located at UKZN Westville Campus and consisted of the refurbishment of three floors of office spaces, kitchenettes and ablutions as well as an outdoor social space. Internal layouts were reconfigured to accommodate the Client’s brief and were fully refurbished with new finishes throughout. The use of feature walls, wallpaper and warm, earthy toned finishes complements the internal layouts and provides a pleasing and vibrant space to work. A new external canopy, paving and landscaping to the outdoor social space encourages social connectivity.
